HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFO & EVENTS

I'm super busy getting ready for my local Chicago holiday events while making & shipping online orders!  If you've ordered online, here are some important reminders:

1.  First of all, thank you!  I really appreciate your continued support!
2.  All of my jewelry is handmade - by me!  I am a one-woman show here at Rapt in Maille, so I am designing, making, shipping, promoting, posting to social media, managing studio tasks - and everything else that comes with owning a business.  I pride myself on quality work in a timely manner, so please keep in mind that I am working really hard to get you your order, but considering the above, it takes longer than the big-box stores for me to get your order out (but not too much!)
3.  After ordering, you will immediately get an order confirmation.  The next time you will hear from me is when I create your shipping label, when my website automatically sends you your shipping confirmation with tracking number.
4.  If you need your order by a specific deadline that is before Christmas, I am happy to make that happen if I can - just stay in touch!  The best way to communicate with me is by email, since my studio hours are not regular and can be erratic.
